Here’s how it works. As a new client, you'll pay a standard onboarding project fee, which covers the huge amount of work we have to do to get your computer network up to our standards and best practices. This fee varies based on the amount of work we have to do, but typically is between 50-100% of your regular monthly invoice.


Onboarding project fee explained: When we bring on a client, we have three to six months of extensive work before we consider you "fully onboarded." Instead of loading onboarding costs into your ongoing monthly invoice, we charge a separate fee. This allows us to keep our monthly prices reasonable and gives you a clear-cut view of where your IT dollars are going.


We know it can be a challenge to change IT providers. That is why we are waiving two months of our service fees.


If your monthly bill is 1500, and your onboarding project fee is 700, that means you are saving 3000 dollars over the first two months after switching. No long-term contracts and no gotchas.
